In English

Hi once again, how are you?? hope you're well...

Today I wanna talk about people act when asking for something in a shop.

I work in a big tech shop, meaning computers, networking, hard drives, etc...
The problem is when people come and ask you things and they act as if they knew a lot about it :S for me, that's not good, because you give nonsense reasons or when I ask something you have no idea :P

For example: A man came and said: Do you know something about all this (referring to pcs, notebooks, etc)? and I said: A little bit, if I didn't, I'd not be here... He said nothing about what I said, and asked for a mouse for his desktop pc, and I said: USB or PS/2? and he got kind of blank as if I were talking about the relativity theory or something like that...finally, he got his mouse and he left.

My advise: If I know nothing about something, I just surf the web to know more, or get somebody who knows or trust the seller advice...please, don't pretend you know when you have no idea what you're talking about, people see you in a bad way when you do that...

Well, this is all for today, I'm tired and I'll go to bed (dreaming with her :D)

Good bye and please post comments!!! It's my feedback!!!!
